When will my order be shipped?
Please allow 1-2 business days for your order to be posted.
Orders are shipped from Bendigo, Vic 3550.
My order hasn't arrived, what do I do?
Australian orders will be posted in 1-2 business days with express post. (Regular post if free shipping). If your order has not arrived within 5 business days please contact us right away. For International orders please allow up to 30 days. If your order has not arrived in this time please contact us at sales@mylittledollscloset.com
My order is faulty or the wrong size.
Please contact us straight away by emailing us at returns@mylittledollscloset.com to arrange a replacement. All items must be returned in unworn, unused condition within 14 days for a full refund of purchase price or replacement of item if available. Return postage is to be paid by the purchaser.

Do you have a shopfront?
We have a Showroom located in Maiden Gully, Victoria, Australia. You can arrange a time to come and see the products and purchase from there.

What if I need to cancel an order?
No returns or cancellations will be accepted for change of mind. If your order has not already been posted then a restocking/admin fee of 10% will be deducted from any refund. No refunds on Sale items.
