When will my order be shipped?
Please allow 2-3 business days for your order to be posted.

My order hasn't arrived, what do I do?
Orders will be posted in 2-3 business days. For Australian orders, If your order has not arrived within 5 business days please contact us right away. For International orders please allow up to 30 days. If your order has not arrived in this time please contact us at
My order is faulty or the wrong size.
Please contact us straight away by emailing us at to arrange a replacement. All items must be returned in unworn, unused condition within 14 days for a full refund of purchase price or replacement of item if available. Return postage for change of mind or if you have ordered the wrong size is to be paid by the purchaser.

What are the postage costs?
For standard postage within Australia- $9.90
Express Post within Australia- $14.90
International- $20.00
We ship using Australia Post and our prices are guided by them.
We try to keep our shipping as low as possible.
Do you have a shopfront?
Unfortunately we do NOT have a bricks and mortar store. We are often at local markets in the Central Vic area, check our facebook account for upcoming dates. If you wish to see or try on an item prior to purchase, an appointment can be arranged in Maiden Gully. 
What if I need to cancel an order?
No returns or cancellations will be accepted for change of mind once an order has been posted. If your order has not already been posted then a restocking/admin fee of 10% will be deducted from any refund. No refunds on Sale/Clearance items.
